How to Get a Loan

STEP ONE - Apply Now!  Getting Started is easy

Before you select a property, get pre-qualified by one of our experienced Mortgage Bankers.  You may stop by one of our offices, or choose one of our online applications from the list on the left.  Your Mortgage Banker will contact you to let you know how much home you qualify for and will provide you with a prequalification letter so that you can choose a property with the confidence that you will be approved for the loan.

At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you.

STEP TWO - Your Realtor will help coordinate your home inspections and assist you with obtaining the proper insurance for your home.  ECB will coordinate with your closing attorney and order the appropriate paper work to facilitate your loan closing.
